MusicNotes.com frustration Aug29 '04
Tired of entering my credit card over and over, I have given up, and now I am left frustrated and without my purchase.
MusicNotes.com should purchase a copy of Defensive Design for the web. Then maybe they wouldn’t lose new customers, like myself.
Here was my crisis point:
I tried many times to re–enter my information, but every time I got the same message. And all I wanted was a simple $5.00 download!
Update: I went over to SheetMusicDirect.com, and I successfully purchased what I wanted... The piano tab for Amsterdam, by Coldplay.
