Web Chat: Politics Aug31 '04
I’d like to start a web chat, for those interested. All you have to do is log onto Instant Messenger, and I’ll start a chat room – everyone included. I haven’t specified a date and time yet, but I will, based on feedback.
The topic I want to discuss is the upcoming presidential election. I want to hear opinions and ideas from others, on how they view each candidate. And I’m hoping the discussion will be open and considerate, rather than "unnerving." I don’t want any harsh political views – just some thoughtful facts and figures.
I would also like the conversation to "go where it pleases." I have no problem talking about anything related to the candidates, the war on terror, Republicans vs. Democrats, etc. As long as the discussion stays on politics, then that’s fine.
If you’re interested, leave a comment, and I will set a date and time.
