I use this frequently at work, but really what I want to do is be able to do remove unwanted characters all in one go. The way I do that is usually using lots of composed substitute functions. Likewise I'd also like to be able to do a split function call to deal with comma separated code in one easy function call.

I just used the =PROPER feature in excel and I loved it. The file I had to use was typed in all caps and it would have taken me forever to retype all the information. Thank you so much for the valuable information I really REALLY appreciate it!
