Adcandy: advertise while your eyes hurt Sep23 '05

Via Wired News, Adcandy is a web site that allows anyone to submit advertising ideas.

Great idea - but I’m more concerned with the "look" of the site. I’m warning you now, before you look at this thing. Put on a pair of sunglasses, first.

The color combination is horrendous. Dozens of colors and shadows, clashing and refracting. It seriously hurts the eyes.

What are people thinking?
