Netflix mislabeled disc Mar14 '07
I was expected to receive Bones, Season 1, Disc 3 from Netflix yesterday, but instead I received a random disc that wasn't even in my queue: Six Feet Under, Season 3, Disc 1.
This happens very rarely, but it's worth noting the process that Netflix follows upon report of this issue.
Whenever you'd like to report a shipping problem, Netflix makes a nice convenient link right in your Queue:

Once you select the movie that has a shipping problem, you're then presented with several scenarios. Your "problem" should fit into one of these scenarios.

Since I received a DVD that wasn't what I ordered, I selected the option "The DVD is not what I ordered."
To Netflix, this means the DVD was "mislabeled."
Netflix immediately opens up an available "At Home" spot in your Queue, and ships the movie that was supposed to come to you.
It was slightly confusing to me at first, because I thought I had to re-add that same movie in my Queue at the number one position. But Netflix knows which movie was mislabeled, and ships that one out by default.
You don't have to re-add the movie to your Queue manually.
