I've noticed Google Maps recently added more sending/sharing options.
From a selected pushpin address marker, you can send the information to others using any of the following options:
This is great for sharing with someone who is already on the road, trying to locate a certain place. The options are limited right now - you can only send to BMW or Mercedes-Benz, or GPS to TomTom devices. I imagine they'll expand these offerings as soon as the devices support it.
