Amazon Prime memberships allow for free two-day shipping and $4 overnight shipping. Conveniently placed are large Prime buttons, visible for any item that is Prime-eligible.
Clicking either of these buttons will instantly submit your purchase using the appropriate shipping option.
It would be nice if you could also include quantity. I've doctored the image to include room for another text field:
