Inflated bill for Amazon RDS service

Amazon Web Services: free inbound data transfer until 6/30/10

Dec 08, 2009. Amazon did this last year, at least for their S3 service, and they're doing it again. From now until June 30, 2010, any **inbound data transfers** are free of charge.

Kindle highlighting and notes saved on the web

May 28, 2009. This is a really nice perk of electronic book reading - the ability to make notes and highlight passages of text, and immediately access them through a web browser, so you can share, or copy/paste the text somewhere else, etc.

JungleDisk support for Rackspace "Cloud Files" overwhelmed out of the gate
